The NeoSTEM Ecosystem is a collaboration of organizations that partner to improve STEM educational opportunities for students throughout the region. We launched the “DreamSTEM,” initiative to build awareness of STEM careers among underserved students, families, and communities; and develop accessible pathways and mentoring to encourage and sustain their interests. We engaged Ms. Hennessy to facilitate recruitment of Design Team members and identify prospective funders of the program. Within an abbreviated timeframe, she engaged more than fifty (50) participants for the team and identified well over 20 potential foundation and corporate supporters. We were very pleased with her responsiveness, insight, and effectiveness in accomplishing the goals of the project, as well as her passion for our mission.
